Certified Public Accountant Specializing in Tax

Pulley & Muzzana CPAs is seeking professional, licensed Certified Public Accountants with at least five years of recent tax preparation experience. 

The job requires experience with Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120S.  Familiarity with Forms 1041, 1120, and 990 is beneficial, but not required. Because we meet with and advise clients in person, the right candidate should have the confidence and knowledge to ask and answer basic tax related questions. 

This position requires preparing and reviewing returns using UltraTax software. We regularly use QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office. We provide tax planning, bookkeeping, a few small payrolls, as well as assist clients with questions throughout the year.  

We do not take work home with us. No remote work, ever.  When you are enjoying time with your friends and family, there are no distracting work-related emails, phone calls, or projects to finish up at home.  

We provide retirement, paid time off, health insurance and flexible hours. Full-time hours are required during tax seasons and the remainder of the year can be full-time or part-time. We are looking to hire as soon as possible.

Rate of pay depends on experience.
