MTCPA RFP for Audit Services

The Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants (MTCPA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to perform agreed-upon procedures over various aspects of financial accounting, internal control, and compliance with laws and regulations during the fiscal year ending January 31, 2023.

The agreed upon procedures engagement is to be performed in accordance with attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The engagement must be performed pursuant to a contract acceptable to the MTCPA. The selected firm will be expected to submit an engagement letter to supplement the contract.
