Non-profit Manufactured Home Park seeking book-keeping/accounting

Clear Creek Court Community Inc., a resident owned non-profit manufactured home park in Havre, MT is accepting responses to a request for proposals for a financial management firm to take over financial management including regular bill pay, rent roll reporting, monthly financial statements among other responsibilities beginning September 30th. 

All reporting is completed in the Accrual method. CPA required per the community’s loan agreement. Lender requires firm to carry Fidelity Bond or Employee Dishonesty/Crime Insurance coverage naming Borrower as additional insured is necessary. The amount of this coverage must equal or exceed one (1) months of Borrower’s operating revenues plus the value of Borrower’s Working Capital Account and General Liability Insurance no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, naming community as additionally insured is necessary
