Industry Conference Planning Task Force

The Industry Conference Committee is dedicated to organizing a transformative and impactful annual conference specifically designed for CPAs and accountants working in business, industry, nonprofit, and government (BING). Our mission is to provide top-tier education, networking opportunities, and professional development tailored to the unique needs of BING professionals.

Our primary goal is to deliver an exceptional conference experience that addresses the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities within the BING sectors. By doing so, we aim to equip our members with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in their respective fields.

Committee members play a vital role in the planning and execution of the Industry Conference. Their responsibilities include:

  • Topic and Speaker Selection: Identify and select relevant and engaging topics that reflect the current issues and future directions of the BING sectors. Choose expert speakers who can provide valuable insights, practical advice, and innovative solutions to attendees.
  • Speaker Introduction: Introduce speakers at the conference, providing a brief overview of their background and the topics they will cover.
  • Event Assistance: Support conference logistics by helping at the registration desk, ensuring attendees have a seamless check-in experience, and addressing any on-site queries or issues.
  • Sponsor and Vendor Recruitment: Actively recruit sponsors and vendors whose products and services align with the needs of BING professionals.
