Financial Controller

Grizzly Broadband, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Ravalli County Electric Cooperative (R.E.C.), provides reliable internet, computer services, and technology solutions for homes and businesses.

General Duties:

• Performs daily and month-end accounting functions.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Prepares financial and statistical information.
• Prepares and participates in external financial and compliance audits.
• Maintains accounting controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures appropriate application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Desired Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in the broadband industry is preferred but not required.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
