Audit Services RFP – Sidney-Richland Airport Authority

Sidney-Richland Airport Authority is seeking proposals for audit services, including financial and single audits, for FY 2025–2027. Proposals due August 15, 2025.

The Sidney-Richland Airport Authority invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the preparation of audited financial statements and related filings for a three-year period, beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

The selected firm will be responsible for:

  1. Annual Financial Statement Audit
  2. Federal Single Audit (if applicable)
  3. Management Letter

All work must be completed within 180 days of fiscal year-end, with a draft review meeting held for selected board and staff, and at least one annual meeting with the Board of Directors.

The audit must follow generally accepted auditing standards. Sidney-Richland Airport Authority is a Montana State Special District, operating independently of city, county, and state governments. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors and receives funding through grants, contracts, and fees—including federal support.

The Authority has 5 employees and annual revenue ranging from $1.4 million to $8.2 million over the past five years.
