Blackfeet Community College (BFCC) is soliciting proposals from qualified forensic accounting and auditing firms to conduct an independent forensic audit of selected financial activities, records, transactions, and internal controls related to institutional operations, scholarship funds, and federal student financial aid programs, including Title IV funding and Pell Grant administration.
The selected firm will be expected to assess financial integrity, evaluate compliance with applicable federal regulations and institutional policies, identify any irregularities or potential misuse of funds, and provide recommendations for strengthening internal controls and accountability.
Firms with demonstrated experience in forensic auditing, higher education finance, federal financial aid compliance, grant management, and investigations involving federally funded programs are encouraged to submit qualifications and proposals.
