This course examines the critical issues and special opportunities facing partnerships and their partners, as well as the relationship between limited liability companies and partnerships, with a focus on reporting tax basis capital accounts.

He is a frequent, highly rated speaker on tax and ethics topics for state societies and organizations nationwide. Doug previously served as a Tax Manager in Grand Rapids and taught accounting and taxation at Grand Valley State University. He holds a BA in Accounting from Dordt College and a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law.
