Bret Hood, 21st Century Learning & Consulting
Bret Hood is a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent and nationally recognized expert in financial crimes, ethics, leadership, and money laundering. During his 25-year career with the FBI, he worked on major investigations including 9/11, the Oklahoma City bombing, and the HealthSouth fraud case. Following his retirement, Bret founded 21st Century Learning & Consulting, LLC, where he provides leadership, fraud prevention, ethics, and compliance training to organizations around the world. He also serves as an adjunct professor and speaker for organizations including the University of Virginia and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Kari Weber
Kari is a forensic accountant with the FBI, based in Helena. She specializes in financial exploitation.

Karl Ahlrichs is a business strategist, human capital consultant, and nationally recognized speaker specializing in ethics, leadership, and workforce performance in today’s evolving business environment.
