MTCPA Membership Meeting: New Bylaws

Overview

The Montana Society of CPAs Bylaws are the agreement between MTCPA and you , our members.  From time to time the Bylaws need updates to meet our changing needs.  This year a task force reviewed our Bylaws and made recommendations for changes which have been reviewed by an attorney and approved by the MTCPA Board of Directors.  In order for the proposal to become effective, we are required to hold a meeting and vote on the proposal.  This is that meeting.
