Supervisor of Finance

ALPS is looking for a CPA to manage all facets of accounting and financial reporting. Job duties include training staff and supervising, cash flow, budgeting, and tax compliance. Experience in statutory accounting is a plus. This is a full time, Monday - Friday, position. We do currently need to have this filled as an in-office position, but a hybrid option is available after training. The wage will DOE (depend on experience) but is currently listed at $80k to $120k a year.

Requirements Minimum Education: Must have a CPA.

Minimum Experience: 5 years accounting experience in a corporate or business setting, as a lead or senior accountant, and some experience in statutory accounting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient in statutory accounting. Proven ability to problem solve issues. Proficient in Excel, spreadsheet formatting, and computing formulas and linking, exporting spreadsheets to Excel and 10-key proficiency. Excellent written, oral communication and organization skills; accuracy and close attention to detail. Ability to prioritize workload; maintains confidentiality; flexible and able to multitask. Exceptional customer service skills.

Other Qualifications: Adaptable and able to respond to various service requests, in a fast-paced corporate setting. Ability to work well in a team setting, responds to management’s requests, and supervises day-to-day activities of other accounting and payroll staff.
