What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Work directly with clients on planning and advisory needs
• Assist with accounting, payroll, and office duties
• Help improve systems, workflows, and client experience
• Grow into increasing responsibility and leadership within the firm

What We’re Looking For

• CPA or active CPA candidate
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong technical tax and accounting skills
• Someone who is proactive, personable, and growth-minded
• Interest in building long-term client relationships
• Desire to be part of a firm’s future — not just fill a role
