Rudd & Company PLLC Announces Julie Kostelecky as new CEO

Rudd & Company PLLC is pleased to announce that Julie Kostelecky, former Partner in Charge (PIC) in their Bozeman office, has officially taken on the role of CEO as of July 6. This transition follows the retirement of former CEO Blayne McArthur. Following a thorough selection process, Kostelecky was elected by the Partner group to serve as CEO.

Julie joined Rudd & Company in November 2010 as a staff accountant and was admitted as a Partner in 2013. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Montana State University (Go Cats!) and started her professional career working for a small public firm for a year. Afterwards she moved to a larger regional firm for 6 years before joining Rudd & Company. Julie’s focus has been mainly in CFO services and related small business and individual tax compliance and planning. She has a specialty in Business Valuations and Litigation Support services and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She also has a deep background serving the Construction and Non-Profit industries. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is a current member and past president of the Montana Society of CPAs (MTCPA).
