Rudd & Company PLLC CEO Blayne McArthur Announces Intention to Retire

Rudd & Company PLLC has announced that CEO Blayne McArthur plans to retire in 2026. Following a succession process conducted by the firm’s partners, Julie Kostelecky has been elected to serve as the next CEO, effective July 1, 2026.
Kostelecky, a partner in the firm’s Bozeman office, previously served as President of the Montana Society of CPAs (MTCPA) Board of Directors. She will step into the role following McArthur’s retirement after 19 years as CEO.
Rudd & Company was founded in 1963 and operates offices in Idaho and Montana.
