Adam Nemer

Adam Nemer is an author, former executive at Kaiser Permanente, and founder of Simple Mental Health.

For nearly 20 years, he led at KP while silently struggling with severe, yet undiagnosed depression and anxiety. His life—and leadership— changed when a compassionate colleague encouraged him to seek help, showing the profound impact leaders can have on their teams’ well-being.

Today, Adam works with organizations across the Americas and Europe, spreading mental health literacy and helping build cultures where both people and performance thrive.
